チェリスト吉川よしひろ奉納コンサート
すっかり気温も上がり、神社下の桜がちらほらと咲き始めています。
さて、先週１４日は当神社でＪＡＺＺチェリスト吉川（きっかわ）よしひろさんの奉納コンサートが行われました。
当日は、日曜大安でしたので、お祓いや団体、結婚式に慌しく時間を過ごしました。
時間が近づくにつれ、雲行きが怪しくなり、雨まで降っていましたが、コンサートが始まると、不思議と雨が止んでいました。
夜の７時にコンサートはスタートしました。
拝殿は、聴きにこられた方でいっぱいになっていました。
童謡「海」から始まったのですが、
私たちが普段聞いているものよりもアレンジが加えられ、穏やかな『海』というよりも、荒々しい一面をみせた海そのものという感じでした。
そのほかにも、ＪＡＺＺの曲や「パッヘルベルのカノン」「竹田の子守唄」などを弾かれました。
また「海ゆかば」も演奏され、演奏前に宮司による特攻隊の話がされ、より深く曲の世界に入り込めました。
弦を指で弾いたり、チェロ本体を叩いたりと、クラッシックなどで見るチェロの演奏スタイルとは違い、とても新鮮な感じがしました。
最後は、「最上川舟歌」という曲で終わりましたが、聴きにこられた方々の大きな拍手で吉川さんは再度登場され、アンコールとして「見上げてごらん夜の星を」を弾かれ、奉納コンサートは終了しました。
コンサートは一時間だったのですが、こんなに時間が短く感じた日はありませんでした。
本来であれば、巫女便り用に写真を撮ろうと思ったのですが、あまりにも素敵だった為、忘れてしまいました。
皆さんが帰る際に興奮冷めやらぬお顔で「素敵でした」「よっかたです」と言われておりました。
とても素敵な時間を皆様と共有でき、楽しかったです。
また来年の聴けるといいなあと思いました。
