豪華客船「飛鳥Ⅱ」
３月１０日に、国内最大の豪華客船「飛鳥Ⅱ」が日向市細島工業港に
立ち寄られました。
神戸港発「早春の宮崎日向・瀬戸内海クルーズ」に６５０名参加され
馬ヶ背・高千穂・市内観光・定置網漁業体験など、当神社もたくさんの
方にご参拝いただきました。
禰宜の説明に加え、さざれ石の前での「国歌君が代」斉唱。
海に向かって大きな声を出すのでとてもスッキリされたようでした。
「素晴らしい天候に恵まれ、暖かい南国の一日を満喫できた！」と
おしゃられ心に残る日向の旅となったようです。
大御神社も旅の思い出の一つに加えていただけたら幸いでございます。

やはり子供の頃から君が代を斉唱する度に『さざれ石』に疑問を持っていました その時、ＮＨＫを通じて知ったのですがその神社が何処にあるのかを聞き逃しましたこの度宮崎県の方からやはりＮＨＫを通じて平成15年に日向市の大御神社の西庭からと教えて頂きました 昭和４３年に鵜戸神宮に参拝しながら気付かずにいました 是非巌となったさざれ石を目に留めたいと思って計画を立てております 大阪府 ６９歳

さざれ石を・・・と言う事ですが、
是非宮崎に来られた際には、大御神社にお立ち寄り頂けたら幸いです。その折には、宮司が不在でない限り、神社の事・さざれ石の事ご説明を致したいと思っております。
